In the recent period, I worked closely together with the team from Bronswerk Heat Transfer BV, to help them to upgrade their Quality Organization. Good steps have been made together and the Quality Systems are up and running. A new Quality (QA/QC) department has been set up, business processes are redefined and employees are trained.
