In the recent period, I worked closely together with the team from Bronswerk Heat Transfer BV, to help them to upgrade their Quality Organization. Good steps have been made together and the Quality Systems are up and running. A new Quality (QA/QC) department has been set up, business processes are redefined and employees are trained. Now they are up for the next step.
My work will slowly be minimized and converted into more structural and ongoing Quality support of the organization.
From the end of March, I will have partial availabilty to be of service to you in a project, for a process, as an auditor, or structural support for all Quality matters.
